Songtree; Nathan Brydn's 500+ Creative Common 4.0 recordings from June through August 2016. These are open source with attribution. You can combine any of the tracks to make new music.

Reverbnation; I've been on RN for ten years. Over the time I've accumulated crazy amounts of plays, floated around the top 20 on any chart I enter, met alot of musicians and they wont pay me the $2 I've made until I get to $20. Well, that'll will be year 2117. It's a great place to store MP3s.

SoundCloud; Sound Cloud has a problem. They have more user-uploaded content than all the other streaming services. Now they want to charge for a subscription and not pay royalties. I pulled down my first SoundCloud because my Happy Birthday recording got 100k plays for free. If Apple doesn't buy them out, they'll go belly up because intellectual property has intrinsic and real value.

BandCamp; Another site that promises to sell downloads for a given price. They get web traffic and streaming for their advertisers. The user-uploaded content is never compensated in any way. Like their moniker suggests, you'll be living in the woods.
